I work face to face with my clients.  We meet in a safe legacy site in Santa Monica on a weekly basis, as well as global video conferencing for those from afar. Our initial discovery phase is constructed to facilitate your core needs and desired outcomes based on everything presented by you. 

All coaching programs begin with a twelve-week commitment required to uncover your deeper nature and true needs for long term results. My approach is all about you...opening, clearing, rebuilding and sharpening.  We add new tools for building new internal muscles and the means to know when and how to use both.
